Racing Distribution has an exciting opportunity available for a Waybill Controller to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. The successful incumbent will be responsible for scrutinizing the accuracy of waybills and verifying any and all outbound goods from the warehouse to be couriered via Racing Distribution. To ensure that the correct copies of waybills reach the correct RM’s to maintain a tracking link for delivery and future references/queries. Assisting whenever possible with inspecting the vehicle change overs.

Minimum requirements:

• Administrative experience
• Computer literacy
• Valid South Africa’s Code 10 Driver's License

Responsibilities:

Financial Metrics
• Clearing all goods as per dispatch control sheet and waybills.
• Filing of depot 1 and depot 2 copies (where applicable)
• Ensuring that depot 2 copies are sent to the correct RM.
• Ensuring that all office billing and receiver copies are put into sleeves and attached to goods.
• Allocating of waybills to all customers and recording allocations.
• Assisting with daily vehicle change overs.
• Daily Report

Compliance, risk and quality
• Maintaining and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• 100% compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to operations.
• Timeous communication of risks and issues to the Regional manager.
